What is a performance test?

This is an introduction to the performance inspection conducted by THA Corporation.

We reproduce the work under actual usage conditions and measure whether it meets the required product specifications using measuring instruments. We support measurements for air leakage tests, storage containers, product strength, torque, pressure, flow rate, air leakage, and electrical continuity checks. Additionally, we can manufacture "load testing" equipment to verify whether products function under environmental conditions exceeding expectations, such as high temperature and high pressure. Please feel free to consult us if you have any concerns. 【Performance Requirements (Measured Values)】 ■ Torque ■ Flow Rate ■ Pressure ■ Tensile Strength ■ Air Leakage (Leak Test) ■ Electrical Continuity Check *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Product analysis: Performance testing of water treatment chemicals.

We are conducting evaluation tests and quality tests for water treatment chemicals!

In the water purification process at facilities such as water treatment plants, there are standards in place to ensure that the chemicals injected into the water do not contain impurities that exceed specified limits, which could adversely affect the quality of tap water. The substances in question include coagulants like polyaluminum chloride and disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite, with testing items established according to the type of chemical. Naito Environmental Management Co., Ltd. conducts evaluation tests for water treatment chemicals based on guidelines from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and standards from the Japan Water Works Association, as well as quality tests based on Japanese Industrial Standards and Japan Water Works Association standards. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
